Seasonal packages
Open a few months out of the year?
You shouldn't pay for twelve. Seasonal packages are built around your season — you don't pay for the months you're closed, and everything stays exactly where you left it: your guest list, your season pass holders, your reports, your booking page.
Tell us when your gates open and we'll put a package together.
Add-ons
Optional extras, priced up front
Add or remove them anytime from your billing page. No add-on is ever required to sell tickets.
Launching soon
SMS Basic
$19/mo + 4¢ per segment
Text your guests — order updates and closure notices from your farm's own number.
Launching soon
Super Sender
$99/mo + 2¢ per segment
Higher-volume texting for big lists, at half the per-segment rate.

AI Assistant
$19/mo
100 generations a month — help writing event descriptions, announcements, and guest replies.
Guest text messaging requires an SMS plan — without one, SiloPass simply doesn't send texts. Email confirmations are always included, on every plan.

Per-ticket fee
A small fee per ticket, and that's it
A flat per-ticket fee on top of your plan — charged to you, never added to your guest's total at checkout. Most ticketing platforms pass a fee plus a percentage straight to the buyer; a family of four ends up paying ten percent over the ticket price. Yours don't. Higher plans get lower rates.

No hidden fees. Payment processing (2.9% + 30¢) is passed through at cost from your payment processor (Square). We never mark up payment fees.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every plan comes with a 14-day free trial, no credit card required, and you can explore all the features of your chosen tier before committing. The trial is free of subscription charges; if you sell tickets during the trial, your tier's flat per-ticket fee applies to those sales.
Can I pay annually?
Yes — $990, $1,990, or $6,490 a year depending on plan, which works out to two months free compared to paying monthly. Per-ticket fees are the same either way.
We're only open a couple of months a year. Do we pay all twelve?
No. Seasonal packages are built around your season, so you're not billed a plan charge for the months you're closed. Because every farm's season is a different shape — some run a fall weekend operation, some add Christmas lights, some open again for strawberries in spring — we price these per farm rather than off a list. Tell us your season and we'll put a package together. Your account stays live in the off-season either way: your guest list, pass holders, reports and booking page are all still there, and you can keep selling gift cards and next-season passes.
Can I change plans later?
Absolutely. Upgrade or downgrade at any time from your admin dashboard. Changes take effect immediately and are reflected on your next invoice.
What payment methods do you accept?
We use Square for payment processing. Your customers can pay with credit cards, debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. You receive payouts directly to your bank account.
Do I need any special hardware?
No proprietary hardware required. Gate check-in works on any smartphone or tablet with a camera. For walk-up sales at the window, an optional Square reader and receipt printer plug right in.
What are add-ons?
Optional extras billed alongside your subscription — SMS plans for texting guests and an AI writing assistant. They're listed with their prices in the add-ons section above, none of them is required to sell tickets, and you can add or remove them anytime.
Is there a limit on how many tickets I can sell?
No. Sell as many tickets as you like on any plan — you simply pay your tier's flat per-ticket fee. As your volume grows, higher tiers offer a lower per-ticket rate, so upgrading can pay for itself.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. SiloPass is month-to-month with no long-term contracts. Cancel from your dashboard whenever you like, and your account stays active through the end of the billing period.
