SiloPass is a ticketing and guest management platform for farms and agritourism venues, operated by PassForge. This policy covers two situations:
On this website: only what you submit — your name, email, and farm details when you request a trial or contact us. This site sets no tracking cookies and runs no advertising or analytics trackers.
From farm accounts: account and staff details (names, emails, roles), your venue's catalog and settings, and billing records for your subscription.
Processed for farms: when visitors buy tickets on a farm's booking site, we process their names, contact details, and order information so the purchase, tickets, and any refunds work. Card payments go directly to Square — card numbers never touch our servers.
To provide the service: process orders, deliver tickets and receipts by email, operate check-in at the gate, handle refunds and disputes, bill farm subscriptions, and send farms operational messages about their account. We don't sell personal information.
Only the service providers the platform runs on: Square (payment processing), our email delivery provider, our cloud hosting and database providers, and our error-monitoring service. Each receives only what it needs. We don't share data with advertisers or data brokers.
Promotional emails from SiloPass include a working unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing never affects operational email like receipts, tickets, or billing notices.
We keep records as long as needed to run the service and meet legal, tax, and dispute-handling requirements. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and access inside the platform is isolated per farm.
Farm partners can access and update their account information in the dashboard. Ticket buyers should contact the farm they purchased from (its privacy policy has the details) — we support farms in fulfilling those requests.
Our services are for adults and businesses and aren't directed to children under 13. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children.
