Effective July 18, 2026
SiloPass is a ticketing and guest management platform for farms and agritourism venues, operated by PassForge. These terms cover two situations:
By creating an account or completing a purchase on a SiloPass-powered site, you agree to these terms.
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure, for the people you invite to your account (managers and seasonal staff), and for the accuracy of what you publish — event details, prices, schedules, and policies. You must be authorized to act for the venue you sign up.
New accounts start with a 14-day free trial of the subscription — no credit card required. Per-ticket fees apply to tickets you actually sell, including during the trial. After the trial, your plan bills its monthly (or annual) subscription plus your tier's flat per-ticket fee, exactly as shown on the pricing page. Plan changes take effect immediately and are reflected on your next invoice. You can cancel anytime; your account stays active through the end of the paid period. Payment processing fees from your payment processor are passed through at cost and are not ours.
SiloPass is the software, not the seller. Ticket revenue flows through your own payment processor account directly to you. You are responsible for honoring the tickets you sell, for your refund policy (which SiloPass displays to buyers at checkout), for collecting and remitting any applicable taxes, and for complying with the laws that apply to your venue and your marketing (including consent rules for text messages).
When you buy on a farm's booking site, the farm is the merchant of record: the charge, the admission terms, and the refund policy are the farm's. Refund requests go to the farm, under the policy you accepted at checkout. We provide the farm the tools to issue refunds and reissue tickets, but the decision is the farm's. Tickets are valid only as described at purchase (dates, times, and named pass holders where applicable) and may not be resold except as the farm allows.
Don't use SiloPass to break the law, to send spam or unconsented messages, to interfere with the service or other farms' data, or to probe or breach its security. We may suspend accounts that put the platform or its users at risk.
Your catalog, customer lists, and sales records are yours. How we handle personal information is described in the Privacy Policy. We never sell your customer data or use one farm's customer list to market for anyone else.
We work hard to keep SiloPass fast and available — especially on your busiest weekends — but the service is provided "as is" and we can't promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We'll communicate about planned maintenance and material incidents.
We own the SiloPass software and branding; you own your content and your brand. You give us only the license needed to host and display your content to run the service.
To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, and neither of us is liable to the other for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (like lost profits). Nothing here limits liability that can't legally be limited.
You can close your account at any time. We can suspend or terminate accounts for material breach of these terms, non-payment, or risk to the platform — with notice where practical. On closure we'll cooperate on a reasonable export of your data.
If these terms change materially, we'll post the new version here with an updated effective date and notify active farm partners. Questions? Email support@pass-forge.com — messages get to a human.
